Eyes-Suminagashi

This arm tattoo fuses the ancient Japanese technique of suminagashi with the contemporary style of blackwork. Wavy, organic patterns, inspired by the art of Japanese marbling, flow along the arm.

For this piece, the client brought in some sketches he had drawn himself and I was able to take them and transform them into a complete, seamless design.
