Post-mastectomy scar cover

In this project, I had the honor of working with a client who wanted to cover her mastectomy scar with a tattoo that reflected her identity and strength. Using a dark Japanese style and blackwork approach, we began with the scar coverage on the chest, creating a fluid and harmonious design that extends down the arm. The result is a tattoo that not only hides the scar, but also celebrates transformation and personal empowerment.

As a tattoo artist specializing in the Japanese or Black Japanese style in Valencia, Spain, my goal is to show that delicate scars can be handled with care and covered in an artistic and meaningful way. This work is an example of how a tattoo can be much more than just a decoration, becoming a symbol of resilience and self-expression.
